You have been instrumental in marketing our Condo at Majorca Towers in North Miami. I have found you to be trustworthy, proactive and forthright in each step of the transaction. From the beginning you cautioned me that it could take 6-12 months to find a buyer. Sometimes you told me what I didn't want to hear, but needed to know. You sold the unit in little over six months. You negotiated the transaction with the buyer and his broker when they were at least very troublesome with regard to handling their needed paperwork. You ended up handling the transaction including financing issues for an inept buyer's broker taking on her responsibilities as well as your own.
In short, you did whatever you needed to do get the transaction done for the best pricing in a difficult marketplace and time. I would recommend you as a residential real estate broker for anyone that wants to buy or sell property in the Miami area.

Hello David,
My partner Adrienne and I are recent clients of Marc Gordon. I would just like to take a moment to let you know how happy we have been with Marc's service over the past year and a half.
