Meet Marc Gordon, Premier Miami Real Estate Agent
A resident of Miami since 1990, Marc, who hails from New York's Long Island, brings to the table expert knowledge of South Florida's real estate market. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Marc spent over a decade selling advertising with a focus on both residential and commercial real estate. This was for some of the region's most popular local media, including the New Times, South Florida (later called Miami Metro) magazine and the Americas Publishing Group (Miami Business and LatinCEO magazines), where he was vice president of sales. Marc is very familiar with South Florida's top developers and has a vast knowledge of the fluctuations in the market. This makes him the natural choice if you are looking for someone with business savvy and expertise. Marc's proven track-record in sales and very strong knowledge of marketing equals results for you.
"My ability to negotiate will always get the best deal for the seller or buyer, depending on which side I am working with", Marc says. "Simply put, I fully understand the needs of my clients and always go to bat for them." It's all about how Marc does business: He's easygoing yet unflinchingly professional.
Marc serves as a Board member on both the Biscayne Corridor Chamber of Commerce (also serving as Treasurer) and the Miami-Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce.
South Florida's real estate market is a multi-billion-dollar industry that appears, at times, daunting and difficult to navigate. That is why you need someone who is trustworthy and who possesses business-savvy and an intimate knowledge of the market. Marc Gordon is all of this and more and always delivers on his promises. "I work around the clock whenever necessary," Marc says. "I never give less than 100 percent." Now those are words that you can take to the bank!
Real Estate Internet Warning
Despite advertising claims to the contrary, the internet is NOT an experienced Real Estate Professional. It cannot consult, counsel, advise, have knowledge of local laws and market conditions, make judgments, "own" the result, or most importantly, understand your individual goals and needs and care about you as a Client. Furthermore, data by itself can be very misleading. To obtain an accurate interpretation of any information you're receiving online, please contact Marc.
